Q1: What is your MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?

A: Sample orders start at 1 set, with small batches of 50 sets and large batches of 500 sets or more. We understand the needs of partners of all sizes.

Q2: Can you provide samples? What are the sample costs and lead times?

A: We accept payment for samples, and the sample fee will be refunded upon placement of a bulk order. Sample lead time is 710 days 

Q3: Can you provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance?

A: We provide a complete set of certified scanned copies and test report summaries, with UN 38.3 test reports and MSDS documents included for each batch.

Q4: How many batteries can be connected in parallel to expand capacity?

A: Up to 16 batteries of the same specification can be connected in parallel to easily expand energy storage capacity. This configuration is compatible with energy storage systems of various power ratings and is simple to install and commission.

Q5: What is the optimal minimum discharge SOC setting for the battery?

A: For everyday household use, we recommend setting the minimum discharge threshold to 20% SOC. This effectively protects the battery cells and significantly extends the overall service life of the battery.

Q6: Which devices and energy storage systems is it compatible with?

A: It is compatible with mainstream equipment such as universal 48V solar inverters, grid-connected/off-grid energy storage systems, home backup power supplies, and backup power supplies for telecommunications equipment rooms, offering strong compatibility.
